END USER LICAGREEMENT
This is a legal contract between you and Hero Concept Yazılım ve Bilişim A.Ş. (Hero Concept) regarding the Doughlings Arcade game (“the Game”). You will be bound by this contract if you install or use the Game. If you don’t agree, then you may not install or use the Game.
License
Hero Concept grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Game on your own computer, only for your own personal purposes. Hero Concept retains all other rights in connection with the Game and all intellectual property in it.
Privacy
We value your privacy. Hero Concept may collect anonymous metrics regarding your use of the Game, including how long and how often you play the Game. Hero Concept has used reasonable efforts to make this information anonymous (in other words, Hero Concept has tried to exclude information that identifies you personally).
Disclaimer
The Game is “as is”. Hero Concept makes no representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever about the Game. You install and use the Game completely at your own risk.
Limitations of Liability
Hero Concept will not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential or special damages whatsoever in connection with the Game. Hero Concept’s only potential liability to you will be for direct damages caused by the Game.
Updates
Hero Concept might make updates to the game available from time to time, but isn't obligated to do so. Hero Concept also isn't obligated to provide any ongoing support or maintenance for the Software.
Game Issues
Bugs, error messages or any technical issues which may limit your gaming experience may happen during any part of the game. Hero Concept is liable to fix any issue related to the Game itself. Any other issues not related to the Game have to be taken care of by the user.
Level Editor
Please note that Hero Concept may delete uploaded levels, reset the total score a user has earned and/or rename the level name in the following cases:
*The player used certain ingame bugs or glitches that are related to the level editor or the game itself.
*Hero Concept team may judge certain contents that included in levels as bugs.
*Level data was modified in an unintended way.
*The level was named that users or Hero Concept team can find it inconvenient.
*The level was designed that users or Hero Concept team can find it immoral or includes any offensive approach to players, *Hero Concept, religions and politics.
*Please note that reporting a level doesn’t mean that it will be deleted. All reported levels will be reviewed by Hero *Concept team before taking any action.
Online and Offline Gameplay
Users should play Doughlings: Arcade while their Steam is online. Leaderboards and high scores may not work properly in Offline mode and users can lose their high and total scores they did during Offline mode.
Dispute Resolution and Law
If a dispute arises between you and Hero Concept, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution at info@heroconcept.com. You agree that all disputes between you and Hero Concept shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against Hero Concept must be resolved exclusively by a court located in Istanbul, Turkey.
