This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of New Zealand and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.

Limit of Licence. This EULA grants you the right to use the Software only for entertainment purposes as a game. You may not transfer the game by any means.

Limitation of warranty: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, in no circumstance shall the creator or publisher, its employees or license providers be held liable for any damages arising from the software including but not limited to: lost profit, revenue, or sales, or for any loss of data, for property damage, personal damage, business interruption, loss of business information or hardware damage. Remedy will be limited to the price that you have paid for the license.
