END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

S.A.R.L. Big Horn Studio (“Big Horn Studio”) makes the game entitled “Entropic Shop VR” (“The Game”) available to you subject to these terms and conditions (“Agreement”). This Agreement governs your use of the Game and any updates to the Game that are not distributed with a separate license.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING, ACCESSING OR PLAYING THE GAME YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND ACCORDINGLY. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND/OR CONDITIONS, THEN YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR PLAY THE GAME.


Big Horn Studio grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
(A) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Game or make the Game available to any third party.
(B) use the Game for any revenue generating endeavor, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which it is not designed or intended;

Big Horn Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Game or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Big Horn Studio reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, add to, supplement or delete any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, for any reason. It is your responsibility to check for updates to this Agreement and Big Horn Studio shall have no obligation to inform you of any changes. If any changes to this Agreement are unacceptable to you or cause you to no longer be in compliance with this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the Game. Your continued use of the Game following any changes or revisions to this Agreement constitutes your complete and irrevocable acceptance of any and all such changes or revisions.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS.” NEITHER BIG HORN STUDIO, ITS THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS, NOR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DISTRIBUTING THE GAME, ANY MATERIALS IN THE GAME OR ANY OTHER BIG HORN STUDIO PRODUCTS PRODUCTS, NOR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, INVESTORS, PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATIVES, LICENSORS, LICENSEES OR AGENTS, MAKE ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE GAME IS FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. BIG HORN STUDIO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BIG HORN STUDIO DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, VALIDITY, ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF, OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF, OR OTHERWISE RESPECTING, THE MATERIALS IN THE GAME. SHOULD THE GAME PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

NEITHER BIG HORN STUDIO, ITS THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS, NOR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DISTRIBUTING THE GAME, SHALL BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION (EVEN IF BIG HORN STUDIO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE) RESULTING FROM
(A) THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME;
(B) THE BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY;
(C) THE DOWNLOADING OF ANY SOFTWARE OWNED OR OPERATED BY BIG HORN STUDIO OR ANY THIRD PARTY PROVIDER;
(D) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE GAME; OR
(E) INTERRUPTIONS OF SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE FAILURES OR ANY OTHER EVENT WHICH MAY RESULT IN A LOSS OF DATA OR DISRUPTION OF SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BIG HORN STUDIO, ITS THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS, OR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DISTRIBUTING THE GAME, BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Big Horn Studio. Big Horn Studio may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Big Horn Studio, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from any of your devices it has been installed on.
