By clicking the "I Agree" button, you're agreeing on all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Binogure Studio IVS. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement you may not use or play City Game Studio.
Binogure Studio IVS retains ownership of City Game Studio, and reserves all rights in City Game Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, alter, change, translate, decompile or reverse engineer City Game Studio except as permitted by this EULA (modding).
License
Binogure Studio IVS grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use City Game Studio solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Your license is not transferable. You may not sell, rent or transfer your copy/license.
Mods
You acknowledge and agree that Binogure Studio IVS shall not be responsible for any Third-Party mods, packages or extensions. If you choose to use any third-party mods, packages or extensions you agree to do so at your own risk.
Privacy and Usage Reporting
City Game Studio collects and track usage information, for us to be able to better improve and optimize City Game Studio experience. You acknowledge and agree that Binogure Studio IVS are allowed to collect your IP address, operating system information,
hardware specifications, geographical information and any kind of input or action in-game. Your information will never be shared with any third-party and may only be used by Binogure Studio IVS.
Game Reviews and Streaming
You are fully allowed to create video reviews showing gameplay of City Game Studio and also live-streaming playing City Game Studio. You are also allowed to monetise on your creations. However Binogure Studio IVS can at all time without further explanation
force you to remove your content from all public platforms.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Binogure Studio IVS.
Binogure Studio IVS may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Binogure Studio IVS, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting City Game Studio and all copies thereof from your mobile device(s) or from your computer(s).
Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of Binogure Studio IVS's rights or remedies at law or in equity in case of breach by you (during the term of this Agreement) of any of your obligations under the present Agreement.
Amendments to this Agreement
City Game Studio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Game after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use City Game Studio.
Governing Law
The laws of Canada, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the Application. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
