This software may not, in whole or in any part, be copied, reproduced, transmitted, translated (into any language, natural or computer), stored in a retrieval system, reduced to any electronic medium or machine readable format, or by any other form or means without prior consent, in writing, from Nemeton Singularity Simulations. All other resources, sound files, dlls and photographs not attributed to Nemeton Singularity Simulations remain the property of their credited owners. THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT APPLIES TO ALL USE OF THIS APPLICATION AND REPRESENTS A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND NEMETON SINGULARITY SIMULATIONS.
Limited Use License
Nemeton Singularity Simulations grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Terms
- This License will end automatically if you breach any of the terms.
- When this License ends you must stop all use of the application and destroy and erase any copies you have stored on any and all physical or digital media.
Liability
- This application and all associated documentation and content is provided as is without warranty of any kind. You assume all risk of use of this application.
- In rare instances images on video displays have been demonstrated to cause epileptic seizures even in individuals with no history of seizure.
General
- This application and all content not otherwise attributed to an author are the intellectual property of Nemeton Singularity Simulations. All copyrights not owned by Nemeton Singularity Simulations remain property of their respective owners.
- The rights granted in this license are non-exclusive.
- This license does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- United States Law governs this license, and all parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of American courts.

- This application and all accompanying materials are the exclusive property of Nemeton Singularity Simulations unless otherwise attributed.
- If any portion of this license is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all other portions shall remain in full effect.
