10. TL;DR
We know, reading EULAs is boring, and they can get really 'hardcore' at times, so here's the short version:
- it's an Early Access game, so don't hold your expectations too high (yet);
- you may play the game right away after you've purchased it;
- you can't really earn any money from the game by selling, lending, renting and whatever you can do to monetize your license (making YouTube videos is OK, though);
- you aren't allowed to decompile, disassemble and hack the game, also don't resort to cheating and/or griefing;
- you have a cyber cafe and want Discwar to be a part of your catalog? Not a problem at all, for as long as you're using the special Commercial version, we're more than glad to see Discwar in cyber cafes;
- we may update the game and/or the EULA at any time we want, we can also cease the support for the game altogether if we want to (won't likely do it)
- we can terminate this agreement between you and us, ban you from the support system, our forums, yada-yada, but that won't probably build up any good public reputation for us, will it?
