Thank you for choosing to demo The Beanstalk. We want you to enjoy yourself and be safe, so please read the following disclaimer statement before you begin. Basically, just be careful, don’t run full speed in any direction, and don’t punch anything outside of the limit of your play space, and you should be fine.

The Beanstalk is an immersive virtual reality experience. As such, you’re not going to be able to see and hear the real world around you, and should make yourself aware of your surroundings before putting on the headset and headphones.
Before you begin, please make sure that your play space is free of obstacles.
Sound is an important part of the immersive experience, and we want you to be able to enjoy our audio design as well as our original score to their fullest. However, your health and safety are our highest priority. Please don’t play the audio so loud that it damages your hearing.
Failure to take these precautions could result in damaged property, serious injury, or even death. So take them seriously, be safe and have fun.
Users with a history of epileptic symptoms could be at risk using Virtual Reality systems. Please consult a physician before playing.
Virtual reality systems can cause feelings of motion sickness, dizziness, or discomfort. If you feel any of these symptoms, please, take off the headset immediately, take a deep breath, and take a short break before choosing to play again.

Accidents and side effects in VR are incredibly rare if you exercise just a little bit of caution. So don’t worry, we just wanted to make you aware of the risks so that you can avoid them.

By selecting “I Accept,” you acknowledge that the creators of The Beanstalk have done their best to make you aware of the inherent risks of Virtual Reality, and you release them and all affiliated with the creation and exhibition of this experience from liability in the event that any harm or accident or discomfort may occur.
