1. Privacy Policy
Collection of Personal Information
Certain information such as communications exchanged between you and other players of Perfect Dead may be stored by Zathex Studios. This includes in-game messages and in-game private chat messages. This information will not be shared with any third party source, with the exception of law enforcement officials.
How This Information May be Used
Any information collected by Zathex Studios may be used in the follow ways:
Development and debugging processes
To improve customer service
To verify possession of an account in the event of a lost or stolen password
To send occasional emails regarding Perfect Dead news, updates, service information, etc
Privacy Protections for Children
In order to protect the privacy of minors, we do not allow children under the age of 13 to participate in any service provided by Zathex Studios without the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Prohibited Conduct - Perfect Dead Rules
By using or accessing Perfect Dead you agree to Zathex Studios rules and regulations.
3. Modifications to these Terms
Zathex Studios reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and any Guidelines periodically for changes. Your continued use of any service provided by Zathex Studios after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. If changes occur Zathex Studios will attempt to notify all users within a reasonable time frame, via email, or Perfect Dead.
4. Eligibility
Zathex Studios services are not available to persons under the age of 13 (unless granted permission by a parent or legal guardian) or to anyone suspended or removed from Perfect Dead by Zathex Studios. You must also acknowledge that each Perfect Dead account may be used by only 1 person.
5. Ownership
You acknowledge and agree that you have no ownership or property interest in any account or information stored on a Perfect Dead server, including but not limited to, Perfect Dead accounts, and any in-game items.
6. Messaging and Chat
Zathex Studios accepts no responsibility in regards to the content of any messages or other means of communication within Perfect Dead. Zathex Studios does not endorse and has no control over the content of messages submitted by others to the game. Messages are not reviewed prior to them being posted or sent. Zathex Studios reserves the right to prevent members from submitting content to the game chat and to edit, restrict or remove such messages for any or no reason at any time. You acknowledge that Zathex Studios may store and collect any means of communication within Perfect Dead (chat messages, private messages, etc) at any time, for any reason. This stored information will only be revealed to legal authorities or in a case where Zathex Studios believes doing so will protect the privacy or safety of you or others.
7. Prohibited Uses
Any use of Perfect Dead other than for private, non-commercial use is prohibited. You acknowledge you will not use Perfect Dead for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. You may not use Perfect Dead in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it or interfere with any other member's use and enjoyment of Perfect Dead. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Perfect Dead, or any part of them, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to Perfect Dead, or any part of them, through any means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through Perfect Dead. You agree neither to modify Perfect Dead in any manner, nor to use modified versions of Perfect Dead.
8. Virtual Currency
During your time playing Perfect Dead you may accumulate in-game items. These are fictional items only to be used within Perfect Dead, and have no real world value. You may, in Zathex Studios sole discretion, exchange items for services, or access to other specific content not otherwise available. The services, or access to other content not otherwise available without items may be discontinued or modified at any time by Zathex Studios at its sole discretion.
You acknowledge you have no right to transfer any items within Perfect Dead for anything outside of Perfect Dead.
You acknowledge that items within Perfect Dead are property of Zathex Studios, and that Zathex Studios reserves the right to modify, remove, or add items, to any account, at any time, for any or no reason.
You acknowledge that in the case of account termination that items, and time will not be refunded.
9. Third Party Sites and Services
Zathex Studios may include links to other web sites or services as a convenience to members. Zathex Studios does not endorse any such linked sites, nor the information or services provided by those sites. Zathex Studios makes no express or implied warranties with regard to the information, material, products, or services that are contained on or accessible through linked sites. Accessing these linked sites is done so at your own risk, and you acknowledge that Zathex Studios shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by your use of any linked site.
10. Termination
You agree that Zathex Studios, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate your (or any part of) account. This includes any and all items. You agree that Zathex Studios may do so without any prior notice.

Perfect Dead and any third party software or services made available with Perfect Dead are provided "as is", "as available" without warranties of any kind. Zathex Studios do not warrant that the functions contained in Perfect Dead will be error-free, uninterrupted, that bugs or defects will be corrected, or that Perfect Dead will be free of viruses or other harmful components. In no event shall Zathex Studios be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Perfect Dead, even if a Zathex Studios authorized representative has been notified or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
