Boratium Wars ("Application") End-User License Agreement ("EULA") between Dataweb Inc. ("Developer") and the End-User (You). Last updated: October 18, 2017
Please read this End-User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before signifying that you agree, and prior to using the Application.
By signifying that you agree, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this EULA, do not use the Application, and remove it from all devices where you have installed it.
[License]
Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Application on one device, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
[Restrictions]
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
[Developer Modifications to Application]
Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
[Term and Termination]
This EULA shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Developer or Developer's authorized agents.
Developer may, at its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this EULA with or without prior notice.
This EULA will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Developer, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. You may also terminate this EULA yourself at any time. Upon termination of this EULA, you agree to immediately cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from any and all devices where you have installed the application.
[Severability]
If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
[In App Purchasing]
This Application offers and permits in app purchases. Any such purchase(s) made from, to, or on behalf of you, with regard to this application are final and non refundable. Any attempt(s) to reverse, refund, or otherwise charge back any such transaction(s) will render your license to the use this application revoked and this agreement terminated. It is entirely your responsibility to protect and prevent unauthorized purchases via the application as well as via your account on our website or any other outlets selling our products. In the event it is discovered that such a case has occurred
it traces to you in any form, Developer shall revoke your license and issue a Steam ban without recourse to you.
[Hacking and Reverse Engineering]
Tampering with or otherwise altering this application is prohibited. Using third party or self developed tools to otherwise aid or alter the outcome of the applications use is prohibited. In the
event it is discovered that your copy of this application has been modified, enhanced or otherwise changed in any way, it will result in an immediate revocation of your license and a Steam ban.
[Amendments to this EULA]
Developer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this EULA at any time. If a revision is material, Developer shall permit at least 10 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Developer's sole discretion.
[Limits of liability]
Developer offers the Application for entertainment purposes only. Developer accepts no liability for its operation, nor does Developer guarantee it will function on all devices. By using the Application, you assume all liability.
