In proprietary software, an end-user license agreement (EULA) or software license agreement is the contract between the licensor and purchaser, establishing the purchaser's right to use the software. All content, discluding some Orb Soundwerx music tracks, are copyrighted to Turbulon Interactive/Night Sauce. Purchaser has rights to use license to play, partially capture motion or all of the still visuals of the content under Fair Use. Purchaser must not include or copy any of the material (including audio) under the license agreement and redistribute to other purchasers.
