Flyingcubicle grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using Dumb Stone ("Application").
You Agree to be follow the following license, Terms and Conditions by downloading, installing or otherwise using this Software. If you do not agree to the terms stated in this EULA, do not install,play or otherwise use the game.
This End User license Agreement grants you a non exclusive and non transferable license to use Dumb Stone and the game is not sold as itself to you. All rights are reserved by the developer (Benjigames, Benjamin Kistler).
Software includes only the executable computer programs and online documentation.
Title,copyright, intellectual property rights and distribution rights of the Software remain exclusively to me the developer (Benjigames,www.flyingcubicle.com).
Intellectual property rights include the look and feel of the Software. This Agreement constitutes a license for use only and is not in any way a transfer of ownership rights of the Software.
The rights and obligations of this Agreement are personal rights granted to the Licensee only. The purchaser may not transfer or assign any of the rights or obligations granted under this Agreement to any other person or legal entity. The Licensee may not make available the Software for use by one or more third parties. You are not allowed to copy, rent,lease sublicense or distribute the game. The Software may not be modified, reverse-engineered or de-compiled in any manner through current or future available technologies. It is forbidden to extract any scripts, textures or other assets from the software. If you do not follow this agreement you will be liable for any damage and harm. Any attempts and failure to comply with this statement will be punished with the full vigour of the law.
Failure to comply with any of the terms under the License section may be considered a material breach of this Agreement.
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS," without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. However, the features and functions generally described in the product description is warranted at the time of your purchase. However, if you have any issue please contact the developer ("info@dumbstonecardgame.com") and the issue will be resolved within reasonable time. The Licensor makes no warranty that the Software is free of defects or is suitable for any particular purpose. In no event shall the Licensor be responsible for loss or damages arising from the installation or use of the Software, including but not limited to any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is by the end user. Should the Software prove defective, the enduser and not the Licensor assume the entire cost of any service and repair.
You agree that this EULA shall be deemed to have been made and executed in Switzerland and any dispute arising under this EULA shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.

The software may collect information from you like your SteamID, Steam user name, steam friends, actual location, IP adress, when and how long you use the software. The information is collected to enhance your game experience like to enable the quick join at a friends room functionality, match making for your location to provide a low latency, identifiyng you with your steamid to be visible for your friends or purposes of research. If you would like to have your data disclosed or deleted please contact the support email info@dumbstonecardgame.com. You must be at least 12 Years old to be able to play this game.
In Addition the game tracks your sessions, session time, game activity like Duration and frequency also your Unique device identifier generated from the device MAC/IMEI/MEID; IP address; Device manufacturer and model; the operating system and version running on your system or device; browser type; language; the make of the CPU, and number of CPUs present; the graphics card type and vendor name; graphics card driver name and version ; which graphics API is in use; amount of system and video RAM present; current screen resolution; version of the Unity Player; version of the Unity Editor used to create the content; a number describing whether the player is running on Mac, Windows or other platforms; and a checksum of all the data that gets sent to verify that it did transmit correctly; application or bundle identification of the game installed.
Also Thirdparties may use your Game Data for the purpose of providing, improving and adding new features to their Services. Thirdparties may also develop, use, distribute and publish information and statistics derived from your Game Data for use on an anonymized, aggregate basis; provided, that no such information will contain statistics or other information that is specifically attributable to the overall performance. This use of your Game Data will not result in the distribution or publication of any personally identifiable Information.
However, the most improtant thing I want, is giving you an enjoyable game experience.
