END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Before buying, downloading, installing, or playing the game called “Deathlands” developed by Frost Studios Pty Ltd, a company of Australia, you must agree to this End User License Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms or breach any terms in this agreement you must not buy, download, install or play the game.


TERMS

Frost Studios owns all copyright and other intellectual property rights.

Frost Studios owns all account data that is stored on Frost Studio’s servers and databases. You do not own the account. You are only given temporary access. This access can be terminated by Frost Studios at any time for any reason.

Frost Studios does not guarantee any future updates to the game. Even though we will try to update as often as possible, we are not obligated to.

Frost Studios does not guarantee that the servers which are required to play the game will be online. They can be taken down permanently at any time.


MONETIZATION

You are allowed and encouraged to monetize videos of the game.
