Secondhand Lands is an online game service offered to you independently by Callipygian Games, LLC. This service is composed of client software, one or more game servers, and message forums. Using any of these components constitutes your acceptance of the Terms of Service and Rules spelled out in this document. This document is subject to change.

On-line content
All graphical, software, and sound content is owned or licensed by Callipygian Games, LLC. Callipygian Games, LLC does not review and approve all of this content. The user must bear the risk of inappropriate content. It is not the responsibility of Callipygian Games, LLC to regulate any content. Also, Callipygian Games, LLC has the right to remove any content it deems to be unfit. Producing unfit content may result in your being suspended or banned. (see Rules) Callipygian Games, LLC may use any means to selectively monitor the client/server communications including data logging.

Liability
Callipygian Games, LLC cannot guarantee the security of its servers and client. Install the client on your machine at your own risk. Any damages resulting from any Callipygian Games, LLC software is solely the responsibility of the user.

Rules
1) Do not harass, threaten, or provide any unwanted attentions to another player.
2) Do not make any hate remarks based upon race, religion, gender or sexual orientation.
3) Do not communicate any content that is illegal.
4) Do not say any obscene words or make any obscene gestures.
5) Do not participate in any anti-social behavior.
6) Do not use the game mechanics or software flaws to get an unfair advantage over other players.
7) Do not ever let another person use your account.
8) Do not use third party programs in conjunction with the Secondhand Lands client.
9) Do not reverse engineer the Secondhand Lands client or its datafiles.

Any infractions of the rules may result in a temporary suspension or a permanent ban.
