8.2. DALESI AND ITS LICENSORS DO NOT PROMISE OR GUARANTEE THAT THE GAME WORKS CORRECTLY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT NEITHER DALESI or its licensors be liable for (1) any viruses or other disabling items that affect your access to or use of the game for you, (2) any incompatibility could be between SUIT AND OTHER SERVICES, THE GAME AND (3) ANY DELAY OR FAILURE that you may experience when initiating, driving or completing TRANSMISSIONS OR RELATED TRANSACTIONS IN A WAY ACCURATE OR ACHIEVED CURRENTLY. THE GAME AND ALL OTHER SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY ACCOMPANYING THE GAME, DALESI AND ITS LICENSORS reject expressly warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied by law, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. DALESI does not guarantee the continuous, error-free, safe or virus-free operation of any portion of online game, multiplayer or downloadable game, or the continued operation and availability of any server.
8.3. DALESI shall not be liable for any delay or failure to act due to causes beyond its reasonable control. 9. TERMINATION / SUSPENSION.

15. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER TERMS OF USE. This EULA applies to all services, content, games and products online, and may be incorporated into other additional terms of use specific to the Game. In case of conflict between this EULA and the specific terms of use document of the Game, this EULA will prevail (unless otherwise specified in the Game specific terms of use).
