End-User License Agreement (EULA)
The software product associated with this license is protected by copyright and other international agreements on intellectual property. By installing, copying or otherwise using the software you agree to the terms of this EULA.
Grant of License
You are permitted to
- install and use the software.
- create a copy of the software product for the purposes of backing up your data.
You are not permitted to
- lend or rent the software in whole or in part, or to grant a sublicense or sublicenses to the software in whole or in part.
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software or parts thereof in any way.
- further develop the software in any way.
Limited Warranty
The software will function for a minimum of ninety (90) days from the date of acquisition as determined by the accompanying documentation if it is used according to the instructions. It is not guaranteed that the use of the software will be uninterrupted or that the software will function securely or without error or that the software can be used for any specific purpose. In addition, it is guaranteed that the medium that contains the software will remain free of material or manufacturing defects for a period of ninety (90) days.
Customer Claims
The entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at the sole discretion of publisher, either (i) a refund of the purchase price or (ii) repair or replacement of the software. This limited warranty does not apply if the failure of the software can be attributed to accident, abuse or incorrect usage. The publisher guarantees replacement software only for the remainder of the original warranty period. A further or additional warranty is expressly excluded.
Limitation of Liability
Neither the publisher nor its suppliers are liable for any damage resulting from the use or unusability of the software product (including, without limitation, damages resulting in or from loss of profits, interruption of business operations, loss of business information or data, or any other monetary loss), even if the publisher has been notified of the possibility of such damages. In any case, liability is limited to the amount you have actually paid for the software product. This exclusion does not apply to damages caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of the publisher. Claims relating to legal provisions on product liability remain unaffected by this EULA.
Final Clause
Invalid provisions in this license agreement do not affect valid provisions in this license agreement.
