License agreement for the software: Virtual SlotCars - VSC.
This license agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the Authors of this software package, the "PraGames Team" Enrico Turri and Gavin Endicott (Prague, the Czech Republic).
This copy of VSC and accompanying documentation is licensed and not sold. This copy of VSC is protected by copyright laws and treaties, as well as laws and treaties related to other forms of intellectual property.
By installing or otherwise using this software you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, don't install it.
You may not charge people for this software. You may not charge people to use this software. You may not disassemble, reverse engineer or decompile any part of this software. You may not create derivative works based upon the Software. You may not rent or lease the software.
All rights in the Software (including any images, programming code, text, sounds or 3D models incorporated into the Software) are owned by the PraGames Team or are licensed for use by the PraGames Team for VSC.
This Agreement will immediately and automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree upon termination to promptly destroy the Software Product together with all of its component parts, prior and replacement versions, and all copies and modifications thereof in any form.
The PraGames Team do not guarantee that this software is free from bugs. The PraGames Team will not make available Technical Support for this Software. The PraGames Team may, from time to time, revise or update the Software. In so doing, the PraGames Team may furnish such revision or updates to you but the PraGames Team incur no obligation to do so.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND THE PRAGAMES TEAM DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CONFORMANCE WITH DESCRIPTION, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PRAGAMES TEAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT , EVEN IF THE PRAGAMES TEAM HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, THE AUTHORS' CUMULATIVE AND ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS OR ACTIONS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THIS LICENSE.
Should any term of these terms and conditions be declared void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration shall have no effect on the remaining terms hereof.
