Using our Software does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Software or the content you access. You may not use external content importing into our Software unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Software. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Software.
You may view, render or print content from the Software, such as packages imported from the internet, that are not Arcane Architect's. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available.
Our Warranties and Disclaimers
OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS OR ADDITIONAL TERMS, NEITHER ARCANE ARCHITECT NOR ITS SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT THE SOFTWARE. FOR EXAMPLE, WE DON’T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT AVAILABLE TO USE WITH THE SOFTWARE, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE SOFTWARE, OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. WE PROVIDE THE SOFTWARE “AS IS”.

WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCANE ARCHITECT, AND ARCANE ARCHITECT’S SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ARCANE ARCHITECT, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
IN ALL CASES, ARCANE ARCHITECT, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
Business uses of our Software
If you are using our Software on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Arcane Architect and its affiliates from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Software or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.
Commercial License Agreement
If you are interested in using Arcane Mapper to produce maps or packages for commercial purposes, please read the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement or do not have the authority to bind the identified organization, then do not click on the “I Agree” button.
Copyrighted Content
You, the customer, are responsible for verifying the usage rights of the content contained in maps rendered or printed by the Software and content packages exported from the Software used for commercial purposes.
If you use any art content in your maps or in your content packages, it is your responsibility to acquire the necessary rights to sell that content.
ARCANE ARCHITECT IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CONTENT ILLEGALLY INCLUDED IN CONTENT PRODUCED USING ARCANE MAPPER FOR COMMERCIAL USE.
Restrictions on Use. Customer will not:
(A) export the Software in violation of U.S. laws or regulations;
(B) sell or lease the Software to third parties;
(C) distribute the Software to third parties;
