End User License Agreement
Attempting methods, such as downloading, installing, running, or accessing the "High Templar VR" Client, is deemed to consent to the following terms and conditions. If you do not consent to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, please stop installing or running this software.
[End User License Agreement]
Software Title: High Templar VR Client
Installing this software on the user’s computer hardware means that the user consents to the terms and conditions of this Agreement specified below. These are requirements for Volt Hole Inc.'s High Templar VR to give the user the limited license for personal use related to this software by installing this software on one or more computers owned or controlled by the user. This License Agreement is also an agreement for "High Templar VR" Client software.
1. License to Use Software
① Volt Hole Inc.'s High Templar VR (and all partner companies which have the specified ownership of this software) permit the user to use this software. However, no rights related to the software itself are transferred to the user.
② Volt Hole Inc.'s High Templar VR reserves the right to update, modify or change the terms and conditions specified in this License Agreement at any time.
③ Volt Hole Inc.'s High Templar VR prohibits the user from using or redistributing this software with methods not specified in this License Agreement, and the user may not modify, copy, sell, rent, distribute, or use this software for other purposes of making profits without the prior written consent of Volt Hole Inc.'s High Templar VR.
④ The user may not reproduce, translate, analyze, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer other programs using this software. The user also may not use this software to create secondary works.
2. License for Modification, Upgrading, etc.
① Volt Hole Inc.'s High Templar VR may provide software for error corrections, upgrades, or modifications, which must be installed in the game for the user to continue playing the game.
② Installing or upgrading the game, or using modified versions to continue playing the game means that the user accepts all alterations related to this software and consents to the License Agreement so that such error corrections, upgrades and modifications can be applied.
③ Other matters are subject to the License to Use Software in Article 1.
3. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
① This software is provided in the present condition, and Volt Hole Inc.'s High Templar VR does not guarantee and is not liable for the function, validity, accuracy, and stability according to the contents and use of this software, and is not liable for not obtaining or losing the effect expected by the user through using this software.
② All risks derived from the use or operation of the game and this software are borne by the user, and Volt Hole Inc.'s High Templar VR does not guarantee that this software is run under all conditions.
③ Volt Hole Inc.'s High Templar VR is not liable, in any way, for damage or loss caused by using Volt Hole Inc.'s High Templar VR software. However, it is excluded when the damage or loss has been caused by the intentional act of Volt Hole Inc.'s High Templar VR.
④ If the liability for the damage in relation to Paragraph ③ proves to belong to Volt Hole Inc.'s High Templar VR according to the relevant law, only the actual and direct damages which have occurred during the legitimate user’s running this software are compensated. Volt Hole Inc.'s High Templar VR is not liable for the results of illegal use, etc. by a third party.
4. Termination of License to Use
① The user may terminate this License Agreement at any time by removing or discarding this software.
② If the user has violated the terms and conditions specified in this License Agreement, Volt Hole Inc.'s High Templar VR may unilaterally terminate the relevant user’s license without any compensation. In such a case, the user consents to immediately discard all parts, including by-products, of this software and to remove this software.
③ If this License Agreement has been terminated for any reason, all use rights granted in this License Agreement shall be immediately terminated.
④ Notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement according to Paragraph ① or ② of this Article, Paragraphs ③ and ④ of Article 1, and Article 5 of this Agreement continue to be in effect.
5. Other Matters
All matters in this License Agreement are subject to the law of the Republic of Korea and, in case that a lawsuit between the user and Volt Hole Inc.'s High Templar VR is needed to be filed by a dispute in connection with this License Agreement, both Parties may file a lawsuit to the competent court according to the Civil Procedure Act.
<Supplementary Provision>
1. This License Agreement enters into force on March 17, 2017.
