End-User License Agreement (EULA) of Hunt For Gods
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and StarworkGC S.R.L.
This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Hunt For Gods software ("Software") directly from StarworkGC S.R.L. or indirectly through a StarworkGC S.R.L. authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").
Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Hunt For Gods software. It provides a license to use the Hunt For Gods software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.
If you register for a free trial of the Hunt For Gods software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Hunt For Gods software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.
If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.
This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by StarworkGC S.R.L. here with regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any StarworkGC S.R.L. updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.
License Grant
StarworkGC S.R.L. hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Hunt For Gods software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.
You are permitted to load the Hunt For Gods software (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Hunt For Gods software.
You are not permitted to:
StarworkGC S.R.L. shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of StarworkGC S.R.L..
StarworkGC S.R.L. reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.
CONSENT TO MONITOR
WHEN RUNNING, StarworkGC S.R.L. MAY MONITOR YOUR USE AND PLAY OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCTAND COLLECT DATA REGARDING YOUR USE AND PLAY OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.IN ADDITION, THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT ANDANY RELATED StarworkGC S.R.L. SERVICES MAY MONITOR EACH OF YOUR HARDWARE DEVICE'S RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY (RAM) FOR UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS RUNNING CONCURRENTLY WITH THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. AN “UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM” AS USED HEREIN SHALL BE DEFINED AS ANY THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE PROHIBITED BY THI EULA. IN THE EVENT THAT THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND/OR ANY RELATED StarworkGC S.R.L. SERVICES DETECTS AN UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM, THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR APPLICABLE StarworkGC S.R.L. SERVICES MAY COMMUNICATE INFORMATION BACK TO StarworkGC S.R.L. OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES (Unity [ https://unity3d.com/legal/privacy-policy?_ga=2.86270940.596975418.1526283003-1976953733.1496941837&_gac=1.242361782.1524658091.EAIaIQobChMI_LOb-7HV2gIVjol3Ch0RgQvqEAEYASAAEgJk-_D_BwE ], Mailchimp [ https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/ ] ) INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, YOUR ACCOUNT NAME, DETAILS ABOUT THE UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAM DETECTED, THE TIME AND DATE, AND ANY OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION; AND StarworkGC S.R.L. MAY EXERCISE ANY OR ALL OF ITS RIGHTS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, WITH OR WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO YOU, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT AND YOUR RIGHT TO CONTINUE TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Termination
This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to StarworkGC S.R.L..

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; INDEMNITY.
NEITHER StarworkGC S.R.L. NOR ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OR VENDORSSHALL BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THESOFTWARE PRODUCT OR ANY USE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR SERVICE, INCLUDING,WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTERFAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, APPLICABLE HARDWARE DEVICE FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, ORANY AND ALL OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES. FURTHER, NEITHER StarworkGC S.R.L. NOR ITS PARENT,SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OR VENDORS SHALL BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANYLOSS OR DAMAGE TO PLAYER CHARACTERS, VIRTUAL GOODS (E.G., EQUIPMENT, WEAPONS,SKINS, AUDIO PACKS, AESTHETIC FLAIR, ETC.), OR CURRENCY, ACCOUNTS, STATISTICS, OR USER STANDINGS, RANKS, OR PROFILE INFORMATION STORED BY THE SOFTWARE PRODUCTOR THE SERVICE. StarworkGC S.R.L. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INTERRUPTIONS OF SERVICE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ISP DISRUPTIONS, SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE FAILURES, OR ANY OTHER EVENT WHICH MAY RESULT IN A LOSS OF DATA OR DISRUPTION OF SERVICE. IN NO EVENT WILL StarworkGC S.R.L. BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL StarworkGC S.R.L.'S LIABILITY, OR THE LIABILITY OF ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OR VENDORS, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED IN THE AGGREGATE THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO StarworkGC S.R.L. You hereby agree todefend, indemnify, and hold StarworkGC S.R.L. and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and vendors harmless from and against any claim, liability, loss, injury, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred by StarworkGC S.R.L. arising out of or related to your use of the Software Product or Service. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
LIMITED WARRANTY.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF CONDITION,UNINTERRUPTED USE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the Software Product and Service(including, without limitation, the Game Software, the Manual(s), and Documentation) remains with the user. However, StarworkGC S.R.L. warrants that the media containing the Software Product, if applicable, will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of your purchase of the software product. In the event that such media proves to be defective during such thirty(30) calendar day period, and upon presentation to StarworkGC S.R.L., or the retailer from whom you purchased the software product, of proof of your purchase, StarworkGC S.R.L., or the retailer will, at its sole option, (a) correct the defect in material and workmanship in the media containing the Software Product, (b) provide you with asimilar product of similar value, or (c) refund the money you paid for the Software Product. THE FOREGOING IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE. EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO DEFECTIVE MEDIA, THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE GAME SOFTWARE,THE MANUAL, AND ALL DOCUMENTATION AND CONTENT) IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF CONDITION, UNINTERRUPTED USE, MERCHANTABILITY,FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. - Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose
- Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
- Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law
- use the Software for any purpose that StarworkGC S.R.L. considers is a breach of this EULA agreement
- use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any other unauthorizedthird-party software, tools, or content designed to or capable of modifying the Software Product, the Service, the Site, the Hunt For Gods experience, or any portion thereof;
- use any unauthorized third-party software that intercepts, "mines," or otherwise collects information from, within, or through the Software Product or Service, including, without limitation,any software that reads areas of RAM used by the Software Product to store information about acharacter, in-game items, or the Software Product environment; provided, however, that StarworkGC S.R.L. may, inits sole discretion, allow the use of specified third party user interfaces and/or permit certain "data-mining" activities on a case-by-case basis;
