The Licensor grants you the right and license to:


(a) install and use An Octonaut Odyssey on any number of personal computers or gaming devices;
(b) make backup or archival copies of An Octonaut Odyssey for personal use provided that the text of this copyright notice and license agreement is included in any copy;

(c) record and/or stream footage of An Octonaut Odyssey, including for monetary gain;


You agree not to:


(a) publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, torrent, or otherwise make available copies of An Octonaut Odyssey for any purpose except as allowed above.


(b) make and/or distribute modifications to An Octonaut Odyssey.


An Octonaut Odyssey is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. The Licensor assumes no liability or responsibility for damages resulting from the use of An Octonaut Odyssey or of any third-party modifications to An Octonaut Odyssey.
