Under this End User License Agreement, Tree Men Games grants to the user a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the game PAKO - Car Chase Simulator. We hope you enjoy playing our game but please note that by purchasing and playing PAKO you agree the following:

• The game has been thoroughly tested before publishing, but there might still be errors. We aim to fix these kind of faults in future updates, but can't give a guarantee for it.
  
• You play on your own responsibility. If the game somehow manages to cause any kind of harm, Tree Men Games is not responsible.
  
• You are not allowed to make copies of the game files and share them in any format. However, you may record and share visual material of PAKO (such as gameplay videos and screenshots).
