When you install Riding Club Championships, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service and also to any Steam policies.

1. General Terms of Service
1A: All use of the Service shall be in accordance with the Steam Policy.
1B: All use of the Service shall be in accordance with the rules listed below.
1C: Toadman Interactivereserves the right to take any measures against accounts that are in violation with the rules listed below, or the Steam Policy. This includes, but is not limited to temporary or permanent banning of the Account.
1D: Any payments made against an Account are non refundable
1E: Any payments made against an Account in violation of any rule which results in a Ban, are non refundable
1F: It is the Account owners responsibility to ensure any subscription services taken out are cancelled if you stop playing. Failure to do so will result in charges still being made which are non refundable.

2. 2A: All users must be at least 13 years of age.
2B: The owner of the Account is fully responsible for it, and for monitoring that no minors have access to the Account, or any Service associated with the Account.
2C: You are not permitted to own more than one Account in the game.
2D: You are not permitted to create or use an Account belonging to anyone except yourself.
2E: You are not permitted to create an Account or use the Service if you are a convicted sex offender.
2F: You are not permitted to create and/or use an Account for any commercial purpose, advertisement, spam (repetitive messages), or to engage in any illegal conduct.

3. 3A: You are not permitted to use any offensive language in the Game or any Service associated with the Game, including, but not limited to Chats and Message Boards.
3B: You are not permitted to communicate anything that will cause another user distress in the Game or any Service associated with the Game, including, but not limited to Chats and Message Boards.
3C: You are not permitted to use threats of violence in the Game or any Service associated with the Game, including, but not limited to Chats and Message Boards
3D: You are not permitted to use any offensive language in the Game or any Service associated with the Game, including, but not limited to Chats and Message Boards
3E: Bullying is prohibited in the Game or any Service associated with the Game, including, but not limited to Chats and Message Boards.
3F: Racism is prohibited in the Game or any Service associated with the Game, including, but not limited to Chats and Message Boards.
3G: Harassment is prohibited in the Game or any Service associated with the Game, including, but not limited to Chats and Message Boards.
3H: Trolling is prohibited in the Game or any Service associated with the Game, including, but not limited to Chats and Message Boards.
3I: Discussion of Drugs and/or Alcohol is prohibited in the Game or any Service associated with the Game, including, but not limited to Chats and Message Boards.
3J: Discrimination is prohibited in the Game or any Service associated with the Game, including, but not limited to Chats and Message Boards.
3K: Claiming a False Identity is prohibited in the Game or any Service associated with the Game, including, but not limited to Chats and Message Boards.
3L: Soliciting is prohibited in the Game or any Service associated with the Game, including, but not limited to Chats and Message Boards.
3M: Conversations of a sexual nature are prohibited in the Game or any Service associated with the Game, including, but not limited to Chats and Message Boards.
3N. Chat logs are monitored within the Game, including, but not limited to Chats and Message Boards..
3O: You are obligated to stick to the designated language for all Chat channels and Message Boards.
3P: Any repetitive use of messages, numbers, characters or emoticons (spam) is prohibited in the Game or any Service associated with the Game, including, but not limited to Chats and Message Boards.
3Q: Any attempt to impersonate a Toadman Interactive, Facebook, Steam or Riding Club staff member is absolutely prohibited.
3R: Advertising or promotion of any kind (including any external links) which is unrelated to Riding Club Championships is prohibited in the Game or any Service associated with the Game, including, but not limited to Chats and Message Boards. This includes. but is not limited to, other games, websites and blogs.
3S: Ignoring any Administrator or chat Moderator within the chat room is prohibited
3T: Please avoid the unnecessary use of CAPITAL LETTERS. This is considered shouting or being angry in the world of online chat.
3U. Due to the sensitivity of the subjects, discussion of Politics and/or Religion is prohibited in the Game or any Service associated with the Game, including, but not limited to Chats and Message Boards.

4. 4A: You are not permitted to give other Users any personal information, including your Log-In information to this game or to any other service/game
4B: You are not permitted to ask for other Users personal information, including their Log-In information to this game or to any other service/game
4C: Toadman Interactive employees will never ask for your Password. Never give out your Password to anyone.
