We also describe how we share some personal information with third-parties to enable these features and to comply with the law.

At the end, we tell you how you can opt-out of the processing of your information, how you can access and correct your information and how we deal with young players.

2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

There are two categories of information we collect.

Information you provide to us
This is collected when you interact with our services and explicitly provide us with this information. For example when you register with us or fill out a form you may give us your name, an e-mail address, age and sex and other registration information. When you play our games you may also provide us with additional information.

If you login with Facebook, Twitter or another social network service when using the games, we can see who your contacts on those services are. We will use that information to allow you to find your contacts on those services. If you simply share content from within the games via Facebook, Twitter or another service, we do not know who your contacts on that service are.

If you give us an e-mail address or other contact information, we may use that to contact you from time to time with information about updates and other notices about our games. We may also send you messages about some of our other products. When we send such a message, we will always provide you with a possibility to opt-out.

Information we get from your use of our games
In addition to any information that you expressly share with us, the games may collect certain information automatically, including the type of device you use, your devices unique device ID or advertizing ID, the IP address of your device, your operating system, the type of Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the games. This is necessary in order to provide you a better service and to recognize you if you opt out of particular services.

Geolocation data (location information)
Some of our games use the approximate location of your device for ads, rewards and localized leaderboards. Unless you live in a very remote area, this is usually on the level of a city, county or province, or even country. Before a game starts using the location of your device you will be asked for permission.

3. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the games?
We will share your information with third parties, but only in the ways that are described in this privacy policy. Where we works third parties to provide you the games the kind of information collected by these services and how that information is used, is explained in their own privacy policies.

Achievements, advertising and analytics
In some of our games, we have localized achievements, rewards and leaderboards. For this the games use the approximate location of your device, and share this with a third-party service. Unless you live in a very remote area, this is usually on the level of a city, county or province, or even country. Before a game starts using the location of your device you will be asked for permission.

For achievements we use Kiip, who have their privacy policy at https://app.kiip.me/privacy. For (location based) leaderboards we use Geosophic. You can read their privacy policy at http://www.geosophic.com/product/terms-conditions/. And for sharing our games we use Everplay, read their privacy policy at https://everyplay.com/privacy-policy. We also use Notificare to provide notifications, they have their privacy policy at https://notifica.re/privacy.

Some of our games are supported via advertizing. If there is advertizing the game collects general data (such as your approximate location) to help the game serve ads. Advertisers and advertizing networks use some of the information collected by the games, including the advertizing or unique identification ID of your device.

We use Chartboost for ads. Read Chartboost’s privacy policy at https://help.chartboost.com/legal/privacy. We also use Leadbolt. Read Leadbolt’s privacy policy for end-users at http://m.leadbolt.com/#privacymobile.

We also work with analytics companies to help us understand how the games are used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. For this the advertizing or unique identification ID of your device is not used and the information collected is aggregated before it is sent from your device or immediately thereafter.

We use Flurry and GameAnalytics for analytics. Please read their privacy policy at http://www.flurry.com/privacy-policy.html and at http://www.gameanalytics.com/privacy
