Software License Agreement
Please read this document carefully before you use or install Kagura Douchuki("this software"). Debonosu Works.inc.("Debonosu Works"), subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement stated below, grants you non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use its software product under this agreement. Only the customer who agreed the terms and conditions of this agreement may use this software. At the time you start using this sofware by downloading, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Article 1. (License agreement)
Subject to your consent and compliance of this agreement, Debonosu Works grants you non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use this software and printed matters such as manual ("the manual") concerning this software (including digital documents like PDF).
Article 2. (Terms of use)
You may use this software only on a single computer for the sole purpose of using Debomosu Works product.
Article 3. (Restrictions)
You may not take the following actions.
1.Use this software and the manual in a way which violates previous article.
2.Reproduce, modify, revise, alter, adapt, process or change all or a part of this software and the manual.
3.Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative of all or a part of this software.
4.Remove any indication of trademark, copyright, or other property rights from this software and the manual.
5.Transfer the ownership, distribute or lend this software and the manual or the copies of this software and the manual.
Article 4 (Copyright)
This software and the manual are proprietary to Debonosu Works, and those are protected under copyright law or other intellectual property laws and international treaties. You have no right other than license of this software and the manual granted and ruled under this agreement.
Article 5 (Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability)
1.Debonosu Works is not liable for any damages under warranty or defect liability except the warranty set forth in this article.
2.Debonosu Works is not liable for any damages (including but not limited to the loss of profit, loss of information and other pecuniary loss) caused by the use or inability to the use of this software and the manual. Even if Debonosu Works has been advised the possibility of such damages, Debonosu Works is not liable for any damages.
3.If you breach the terms and conditions of this agreement, you will lose the license, and Debonosu Works is not liable for any warranty or responsibility concerning this software and the manual.
Article 6 (Validity of contract)
1.This agreement becomes effective from the point of time you download and start using this software.
2.In case of violating any provisions of this agreement, Debonosu Works may terminate this agreement and cancel your license immediately.
3.In case of violating any provisions of this agreement, you shall be financially responsible for the entire financial loss, damages and cost of compensation to Debonosu Works and a third party.
Article 7 (Exclusive jurisdiction)
You and Debonosu Works agree that all disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
Article 8 (Miscellaneous)
1.You agree to comply with the laws of Japan and international law which applied to this software (including United States Export Administration Regulations, restrictions for end users, restrictions for the use by end users and restrictions for export target countries by United States, Japan or other countries’ government agencies).
2.This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
3.You agree that Debonosu Works reserves the right to change this agreement due to revision of the law or its circumstances.
