END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT:To protect CortexGear:AngryDroids we, ‘’Jh12world’’ need these end user licence terms to set out some rules for downloading and using our Game. CortexGear:AngryDroids is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. This game ‘’ CortexGear:AngryDroids’’ is licensed, not sold.
BY CLICKING "I AGREE", OR BY TAKING ANY STEP TO INSTALL OR USE THE GAME TO PLAY, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE EULA TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. AS LONG AS THE GAME IS IN YOUR POSSESION THE ‘’MAJOR RULE’’ IS ACTIVE AND CAN NOT BE TERMINATTED.
1. MAJOR RULE
Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, you must not distribute our game (CortexGear:AngryDroids).Unless we specifically agree it, you must not: give copies of the game away, make commercial use of it, try to make money from it, or let other people get access to our game and its parts in a way that is unfair or unreasonable.
2. LICENSE GRANT
JH12world grants to you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the copy of the Software provided with this EULA. You agree you will not copy the Software except as necessary to use it on a single computer. You have bought the game or had an activation key so you can use it, yourself, on your computer. You can Install the game, have fun, and play online as set out in this EULA. You can use the content to make anything that doesn’t go against the ‘’Major Rule’’ mentioned before. You are free to do whatever you want with screenshots and videos of the Game, but you can‘t make any commercial use of them or do things that are unfair or adversely affect our rights. If you upload videos of the game to video sharing and streaming sites you are however allowed to put ads on them.
3. COPYRIGHT
The Software is licensed, not sold. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the Software is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the Software will remain the exclusive property of JH12world and/or its suppliers, and you will not acquire any rights to the Software, except as expressly set forth above. All copies of the Software will contain the same proprietary notices as contained in or on the Software. All title and copyrights in and to the CortexGear:AngryDroids (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text and "applets," incorporated into the CortexGear:AngryDroids, the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the CortexGear:AngryDroids, are owned by JH12world or its suppliers. The CortexGear:AngryDroids is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the CortexGear:AngryDroids.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. JH12world and its suppliers disclaim and make no express or implied warranties and specifically disclaim the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of third-party rights. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is with you. Neither JH12world nor its suppliers warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. JH12world IS NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE ANY UPDATES TO THE SOFTWARE.
5. UPGRADES
If the SOFTWARE is an upgrade from an earlier release or previously released version, you now may use that upgraded product only in accordance with this EULA. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade of a software program which you licensed as a single product, CortexGear:AngryDroids may be used only as part of that single product package and may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
6. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
Notice that we have nothing do with the illegal stuff that you are doing with the game, as long it doesn’t go against the major rule mentioned before. You are fully responsible for any mind changing of the users of the game you bought from us, if these people become a danger for the community. In no event shall JH12world or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental, direct, indirect special and consequential damages, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this "JH12world" product, even if JH12world has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
7. TERMINATION
We can terminate this EULA if bounded to you and you can also terminate it too, at any time. All you have to do to terminate this EULA is to uninstall the game from your computer. If the EULA is terminated you will no longer be allowed to play the game, but the ‘’Major Rule’’ will still be active.
8. INDEMNIFICATION BY YOU
If you distribute the Software in violation of this Agreement, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend JH12world and its suppliers from and against any claims or lawsuits, including attorney's fees that arise or result from the use or distribution of the Software in violation of this Agreement.
