We're probably as big of fans of legal jargon as you are, but as it happens sometimes it's important, and this is one of those times.
This 'End User License Agreement', or EULA, explains what you can (and cannot) do with Pulse. For the purposes of this document 'Pulse' refers to the software Pulse including any and all assets within it including anything added in future patches or updates and the intellectual property rights related to the software or any of the assets, patches, or updates; 'we' or 'us' refers to Pixel Pi Games, Inc. and 'you' refers to the end user of the software Pulse.
This is a legally binding contract between us and you covering Pulse. By downloading, installing, playing, or otherwise utilizing Pulse you are agreeing to this EULA and the rules it sets forth.
You are granted the license to download, install, and play Pulse for your personal and non-commercial use. We own the game Pulse, any and all of the assets used in Pulse, and all intellectual property rights related to the game or any of its content. You may not use, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit Pulse for financial, personal, political or any other reasons without our permission. Note however that permission is granted for video streaming and online video content e.g. 'Let's Plays', and if you wish to monetize you can receive personalized legal permission here: http://pixelpigames.com/monetize.php
We may patch or update Pulse when we see fit. You may provide feedback (please do!) but we have no obligation to use your suggestions and we will not owe you anything. Changes to the game are done at our sole discretion.
Pulse does not collect any personally identifying information in any way shape or form. Any personal information collected by our platform partners (such as Steam or PlayStation Network) and shared with us will be protected by both them and us under applicable data protection laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our game and services if you are found to be in violation of the rules set forth in this document.
While we use reasonable skill and care to create Pulse, it is provided to you 'as is'. We do not make promises about the standard or quality of it nor that it will be uninterrupted, error free or for any loss or damage that it may cause. Regarding the governing law and jurisdiction of this document and any dispute or issues regarding our games and services: if you are a consumer and live in the European Union, then the governing law and jurisdiction of your home member state applies; if you are a business or live anywhere else in the world, then exclusive English governing law and jurisdiction applies.
Pixel Pi Games, Inc. is located at 230-991 Hornby St. Vancouver BC, V6Z 1V3, Canada and you can contact us at info@pixelpigames.com
Phew... you made it. Go enjoy the game!
