This software program entitled, “Avenging Angel Early Access”, and any accompanying materials or documentation (the "Avenging Angel Early Access”) is the copyrighted work of Dark Amber Softworks. All use of Avenging Angel Early Access is governed by the terms of this End User License Agreement, which is provided below ("LicenseAgreement"). Avenging Angel Early Access is solely for use by end users for the purpose of using Avenging Angel Early Access according to the terms of the License Agreement. Any use, reproduction, sale or redistribution of Avenging Angel Early Access not in accordance with the terms of the License Agreement is expressly prohibited.
This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the mentioned author (Dark Amber Softworks) of this computer program for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation (“Avenging Angel”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using Avenging Angel Early Access, you agree to be bounded by the terms of this EULA.

Avenging Angel Early Access is being distributed as a commercial release. You are NOT allowed to make a charge for distributing this Software (either for profit or merely to recover your media and distribution costs) whether as a stand-alone product, or as part of a compilation or anthology, nor to use it for supporting your business or customers.

Reproduction and Distribution. You not may reproduce and distribute Avenging Angel Early Access in any form.


Limitations on Reverse Engineering, De-compilation, Disassembly and change (add, delete or modify) the resources in the compiled the assembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Avenging Angel Early Access, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Avenging Angel Early Access may be updated by Dark Amber Softworks. The temporal window, scope and scale of the aforementioned will be determined by Dark Amber Softworks.


Avenging Angel Early Access is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.


Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of Avenging Angel Early Access and all of its component parts.


All title and copyrights in and to Avenging Angel Early Access (including but not limited to any images, photographs, clipart, libraries, and examples incorporated into Avenging Angel Early Access), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Avenging Angel Early Access are owned by the Dark Amber Softworks. Avenging Angel Early Access is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat Avenging Angel Early Access like any other copyrighted material.


The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for Avenging Angel Early Access. Avenging Angel Early Access, and any related documentation, is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of Avenging Angel Early Access remains with you.

In no event shall the author of this software be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if the Dark Amber Softworks is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.
