This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the mentioned publisher (FERIUS) of Cold Contract.
By installing and using Cold Contract, you agree to be bounded by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use Cold Contract.
1. Grant of license and limitations
This EULA grants you the rights to install and use Cold Contract. FERIUS hereby grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable personal license, revocable at all times. The software is intended for personal use only and you must in no event use it in any way for commercial purposes. Cold Contract is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer. You shall not, directly or indirectly, sell, rent out or market the content, arrange, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, translate, adapt, reproduce, distribute, disseminate, re-post or transfer any element of the content.
2. Termination
Without prejudice to any other rights, FERIUS may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of Cold Contract and uninstall, erase all of its component parts.
3. Copyright
Cold Contract is licensed, not sold. No Intellectual Property Rights of any kind are assigned or licensed to you. National and international laws and treaties protect the materials of this software (texts, pictures, sounds, files, logos). Content belongs to FERIUS. Any reproduction or representation of these elements in any way and for any reason is prohibited without prior permission of FERIUS. You, as the user, must keep intact all copyright and trademark indications and other authorship and origin information.
4. Limited warranty
FERIUS expressly disclaims any warranty for Cold Contract. Cold Contract is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
The entire risk arising out of use or performance of Cold Contract remains with you.
FERIUS expressly exclude any liability for loss or damage suffered of any kind (direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, and financial) linked to the use or inability to use Cold Contract.
Some countries do not allow limited warranties so the above limitation may not apply to you.
FERIUS does not warrant that Cold Contract will meet your needs or that it will continuously operate, be error free, or that problems will be corrected in a determined time.
5. EULA Modifications
