**NOTE**Reign of Kings requires a Steam account and the Steam Client to be open in order to play. It also requires Easy Anti Cheat (EAC) to be installed and running while playing, the Easy Anti Cheat installation is provided with the download of the game. End User License Agreement
This EULA is a legal agreement between CodeHatch Corp. and You (either an single entity or individual) for the CodeHatch Corp. software product accompanying this EULA which includes video game related software and it's media ("Software Product" or, alternatively, the "Game"). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, click "disagree/decline", you should not install, copy, download or use the Software Product and should contact your vendor about its return policy. All and any uses of the Software Product are governed by the terms of this EULA. By using this Software Product, you agree that you have read this agreement, fully understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
Where Do I Get Your Game To Play?
Only download the game from the Steam Client which can be found at www.steampowered.com. - Any other sites online may be malicious, contain viruses, or intend to defraud you. We are not responsible for any damages or losses you may incur by playing our game or downloading it from anywhere including our own site. Nor are we responsible for any damages you may incur visiting any of our official portals, forums, and websites.
Rules On Reign of Kings Videos, Screenshots, and Fan Art:
You may make as many videos of you or anyone else playing our game, freely distribute them, and may keep any advertising revenue gained through people watching them. We love watching your videos so put them up online anywhere you can! The same goes for screenshots, wallpapers, and fan art reproducing any situations in our game. However, by making any videos, fan art, or screenshots of our game, you give us full rights to do whatever we please with them.
What You Get For Purchasing Reign of Kings?
When you purchase Reign of Kings you do so as is, be it in the early stages of development or already fully released. There is no guarantee that Reign of Kings will not be put up for free or sold for a different cost at any time in the future. Any Reign of Kings purchases have to be made by someone 18 and over. If you are under 18 then you must have your purchased approved and made by a parent or guardian over 18.
After making a Reign of Kings purchase you are solely responsible in making sure that you were able to download and play the game, so please notify CodeHatch Corp. immediately if you believe that a mistake has been made with respect to your Reign of Kings purchase. Codehatch Corp. will investigate your claim, and in doing so, may ask for additional information to verify your claim. CodeHatch Corp. will let you know a solution if your claim is valid, you agree that CodeHatch Corp. has sole discretion in determining if your claim is valid and if your claim is valid what the solution will be.

This includes modified versions of anything we've made. Also, you may not resell content purchased from our store or resell the game Reign of Kings. This is necessary so that we can help stop fraud or damages on peoples computers. We are not liable in any way for any damages you may incur by downloading our game from an un-official source. We respect that everyone is spreading the word about our game and think that it is awesome so long as everyone downloads it at our official source and play the official version without modifications.

CodeHatch Corp. will not accept or put in the game any of your unsolicited ideas, suggestions or materials. This is to avoid any misunderstandings between us and our fans on any material or ideas that are put into our games. If you insist on sending unsolicited idea's, suggestions or materials, then you agree that you give CodeHatch Corp. from the time of uploading or sending it to us, a worldwide, transferable, sublicenseable, irrevocable, perpetual, and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicaly display, sell, make, have made, offer for sale, import your ideas into our games, including without limitation all copyrights, trademarks, and all other intellectual and proprietary rights in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatesoever, without any compensation to you. You also agree that any claim against CodeHatch Corp. relating to your unsolicated idea, suggestions, or materials, must be given up. You also agree that we own the full rights to anything you say in any of our official communication channels(Reign of Kings's Chat, Forums, Our Websites, Our Social Media Websites) and that we can do whatever we please with it including selling it without having to pay any royalty to you. You also agree that we can moderate any of your information at anytime through any method.
Use and Collection of Personal Information
CodeHatch Corp. shall have the right to collect End User’s personal and technical information, including but not limited to steam ID, name, country of residence, language, age, email address, IP address, software usage and computer configuration, which may be gathered to help us process better product support, and anti-hacking services. CodeHatch Corp. may use this information to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to End User. In addition, CodeHatch Corp. may also use End User’s software usage information for the purpose of research, development, administration, support of CodeHatch Corp. products and services. Such information shall not be sold or transferred to any third parties without the previous consent of End User.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CodeHatch Corp. from and against any and all damages, lawsuits, losses, claims, liabilities and costs (Including any Attorney fees) that indirectly or directly arise or result from your use or misuse of CodeHatch Corp.'s websites, games, or any violation by you of any of the provisions of this agreement. You also agree that it is your responsibility to ensure you are playing the Official download of Reign of Kings found on www.steampowered.com or via the Steam client.
Code Of Conduct
You agree that you will not upload a virus of any sort to any of the users playing our game. You agree that you will not hack, modify, inject or otherwise try and cheat in our game in a way that regular users cannot experience while playing our game. You also agree to never use our game for financial gain by scamming or tampering with CodeHatch Corp.'s games. You also agree to treat the Reign of Kings community with respect and will not call them names, harass or stalk anyone, threaten anyone, or post un-authorized information about anyone. You also agree not to impersonate anyone from CodeHatch Corp. or anyone from our community.
Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC)
CodeHatch Corp. is using EasyAntiCheat anti-cheat service (“EasyAntiCheat”), which is operated by a third-party service provider offering services to CodeHatch Corp. EasyAntiCheat has a client software (“Client”) that is integrated into the Software Product (Reign of Kings). When you start a new Game (Reign of Kings) session the Client will automatically load and install its latest version to the Unit (System You Use To Play The Game).
When you are using the Software Product on your Unit EasyAntiCheat is monitoring the Unit, analyzing the Game binaries and scanning the memory of the Unit for the purpose of detecting and preventing cheating in the Game (“Purpose”). For the Purpose EasyAntiCheat is storing information regarding cheating methods used in the Game (“Data”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using this Software Product, you give your consent that EasyAntiCheat may gather, store and publish Data for the sole purpose of the Purpose. The Data will be used solely for the Purpose including but not limited to identifying and banning players who are cheating in computer games, analyzing cheating behavior and cheating codes as well as sharing data about cheats with affiliates of EasyAntiCheat.
Term of EULA
This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Software Product with all copies, full or partial, and removing all of its component parts. CodeHatch may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. Upon such termination, all licenses granted herein shall immediately terminate and You must immediately and permanently destroy all copies of the Game in your possession and control and remove the Software Product from your hard drive. The term of this EULA runs concurrently with the period during which You use and retain the Software Product.
Your rights under this EULA shall terminate automatically without notice from CodeHatch if You fail to comply with any term(s) or condition(s) of this EULA. In such event, no notice shall be required by CodeHatch to effect such termination.
Upon termination of this EULA, You shall cease all use of the Software Product and destroy all copies, full or partial, together with all backup copies, modifications, printed or written materials, and merged portions in any form and remove all component parts of the Software Product which have been downloaded onto your Unit.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
A failure on the part of CodeHatch Corp. to act with respect to a breach by You or others of this EULA does not waive CodeHatch's right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, the remainder of this EULA shall continue in full force and effect.
Our Company Culture
We will try our best to never employ any gremlins here. You agree to not hold us responsible for any damages however if at any time we indeed to choose employ gremlins to help us develop Reign of Kings.
Other
We reserve the right to change this agreement at any time with or without notice, with immediate and/or retroactive effect.
